3.1 Read Key Subscription Information before purchase.
3.2 Purchaser must be consumer aged 18+.
3.3 Register account with name, email, password and required data.
3.4 Keep registration data accurate and updated, processed per Privacy Policy.
3.5 You are responsible for account security, notify us immediately of unauthorized login.
3.6 Order confirmed only after we send confirmation email; we reserve right to reject orders.
3.7 Digital access available once order accepted.
3.8 Service runs until you cancel or we terminate per written notice.
3.9 Auto Renewal: After minimum term / free trial, subscription auto-renews monthly/quarterly/yearly using your saved payment method at the stated rate.
3.10 Device compatibility rules: DailyGmail+ Editions / Breaking News App support latest OS + previous two iOS/Android versions.
4.1 Prices subject to change; we notify price rises in advance with cancellation option before new rate takes effect.
4.2 Valid payment details required; failed authorization leads to order rejection / suspended access. Update payment via My Account page.
4.3 Mobile data / roaming charges borne by user.
4.4 Pricing errors: offer correct price or full order cancellation if we cannot reach you.
4.5 VAT adjustments apply if tax rate changes before full payment completed.
4.6 Direct Debit follows official Direct Debit Guarantee rules.
Immediate termination with full refund (print subscriptions require unused vouchers returned first): price hikes, wrong pricing, legal breach on our side.
Full refund available if cancelled within 14 days of subscription start; print users return unused vouchers for refund.
Cancellation takes effect on next billing date, no partial refunds unless legal exception applies.

6.1 Print rules supplementary to all other clauses.
6.2 Home delivery optional with extra checkout charge.
6.3 Vouchers only original physical copies valid; non-transferable, no cash value, invalid on Christmas Day.
6.4 Refund requires returning unused vouchers at your delivery cost, keep shipping proof for verification.
6.5 Minor platform/term updates without negative impact may be implemented without advance notice.
6.6 Digital content core description unchanged after updates.
6.7 Material adverse changes notified early with cancellation choice.
6.8 Term update date shown at page top.

8.1 No exclusion for death / personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
8.2 Not liable for unforeseen losses, third-party event damages, indirect business loss (lost profit, operation interruption).
8.3 App not guaranteed fully bug-free or 100% uptime.
8.4 Device damage compensation only if caused by our negligence; no compensation if you skipped free official updates.
8.5 Not responsible for third-party ads, user comments, external website links opened at your own risk.
9.1 All site, app, content IP rights owned or licensed by us, protected globally by copyright law.
9.2 Personal non-commercial print/download allowed only if no modification, separate graphic use, removal of copyright marks.
9.3 Commercial reproduction / distribution without written permission prohibited.
Governing law: English Law. Scotland users may sue Scottish or English courts; Northern Ireland users NI or English courts.
11.1 You cannot transfer subscription rights without consent; we may transfer business assets including user contracts with prior notice.
11.2 No third-party rights under this contract.
11.3 Single invalid clause does not void full terms.
11.4 Delayed enforcement of our rights does not waive future action.

All sales tax, excise duty and government levies charged to subscriber alongside base price.
Cancel at least one business day before renewal date to avoid next billing cycle; no partial unused term refunds. Cancel via account dashboard or original app store if purchased via third-party platform.
Full waiver of implied merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement warranties. Total damages cap equal to total amount you paid us. No consequential / punitive damages allowed under applicable law.
All disputes resolved by individual binding arbitration under AAA rules in New York City; jury trial and class action claims fully waived by accepting these terms. Claim statute of limitations: one year from incident date.
Terms apply to standalone Mail Essential subscriptions or bundled with DailyGmail+ / Editions packages.
User must be aged 18+, create official DailyGmail account, keep payment details updated for monthly auto-renewal.
Two account cancellation modes:
1. Disable auto-renew, retain full access until expiry date
2. Immediate access loss with no partial refund
